Welcome And Quick Reset
SPEAKER_02Hello and welcome to Legally Bond, a podcast presented by the law firm Bon Sheniken King. I'm your host, Kim Wolf Price. In today's brief episode, producer Kate Femi and I will talk about what we have been up to and what's coming up on Legally Bond.
Why We Took A Hiatus
SPEAKER_02So Kate, I have to ask, where have we been?
SPEAKER_01We've been on a bit of a short hiatus, but I know I for a fact am really excited to be back. I really miss these conversations. I really do love hearing from our guests, both those within Bond, all of our attorneys and staff, and then those outside guests that we're lucky enough to bring in to talk to. I know I always learn a ton from my corner of the Zoom recording.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I agree. I agree. I mean, legally bond has always been about bringing accessible and relevant conversations on issues that matter. And they may squarely be within the law or intersect with it in different, really important ways. So I've missed us.
SPEAKER_01Very much so, yes.
The Upcoming Legal Topic Lineup
SPEAKER_02All right. Well, I we do have a strong lineup of upcoming episodes, and we're going to continue to cover developments across a wide range of topics, right? Like legal topics from labor and employment to business law, intellectual property, and other evolving areas. What else do we have coming
AI Innovation And The Human Side
SPEAKER_02up?
SPEAKER_01I mean, we try to be on the forefront of everything. So that means kind of talking about AI, artificial intelligence, innovation within the legal community, well-being, and how firms and organizations are adapting to those things. And it's also an exciting time for us at Bond. We have some cool things going on.
SPEAKER_02Yes, we do, which is really fun. Absolutely. We're also going to, of course, be exploring operational and strategic issues, things like for us office moves, workplace strategy, business operations, and how organizations are thinking about efficiency and growth. So whether it's our organization or others, we're going to be talking about things that whether you're in the law or not could be really interesting and important for folks to learn from.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And I think for us too, just always bringing the human aspect to it. That's really my has always been my favorite part of the podcast and what you do and the conversations that you have with all of our guests is just getting to learn more about them as people and hearing their stories.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I do think that matters. And I appreciate you saying that. And
Next Episode Timing And Listener Requests
SPEAKER_02that commitment definitely remains at front and center of how legally bond will keep developing. We'll have conversations around attorney well-being, professional development, and then navigating the realities of practice today. So that will all continue to be a core part of what we do. So for our junior attorneys who listen, for the law students, but really for anybody, I think there's going to be some good takeaways on those issues too.
SPEAKER_01Oh, for sure. And you and I are always working back and forth, looking at calendar. What's the national this month? And we always make sure that the episodes that we are putting out are timely, thoughtful, and then provide those meaningful conversations over a very wide range of topics.
SPEAKER_02Exactly. So while we did take a longer than expected short pause, we are back. And we're looking forward to continuing this journey with our guests and with all of our listeners.
SPEAKER_01It'll be a short turnaround as well.
SPEAKER_02Yes, exactly. So we are going to be back next week with a new episode. Is that right?
SPEAKER_01The next episode will drop first thing Monday morning. So we are back for your Monday morning commute. Should you listen to us early in the morning?
SPEAKER_02I love that. I love that. Well, Kate, I have to say thanks as always for being the force behind making the podcast a reality. One of the things I really have missed the most is the time working with you. So I'm glad we're back.
SPEAKER_01Yes, very much glad that we're back. And we are have always been very lucky that you are the host and the voice of Legally Bond.
SPEAKER_02Well, thanks, Kate. I'm looking forward to the next episode.
